Despite the uncooperative weather, the annual meeting and picnic was held on June 24 at 8 Seventh Avenue at 5:30 PM. Improvements to the beach property were discussed detailing the most recent work completed that includes driveway repair and sealing that was done in May. The dilapidated pillar at the entrance to the beach driveway was removed. A beach cleanup was held on May 30th to begin the season. The concrete wall is in need of sealing which is an upcoming project. A recommendation for additional beach chairs was made with approval to purchase.

Beach Cleanup and Docks
Beach cleanup and work party will be Saturday, May 30th, 9AM. All are welcome. Please bring a rake.
Docks will be going in the water on May 16. The work party will start at 8AM. Lots of help will be needed. In case you didn't notice, docks are stored on the right-of-way and now require more effort to remove and put back in the water.
