The 2024 Bayside Beach Association annual meeting was held on Saturday, June 15, 2024. There were 21 properties represented at the meeting which was called to order at 9:45am after a breakfast buffet. Minutes for this annual meeting have been posted on this website.

2024 Annual Meeting
The 2024 Annual Meeting of Bayside Beach Association will be held on Saturday, June 15, 9-11AM at 8 Seventh Avenue. Gather for breakfast and the annual meeting - food and beverages provided. Treasurer’s report; year in review; new business; election of officers.
New for 2024—if you are interested in an officer position, please send an email to BaysideBeach2@aol.com by June 10 to express your interest. A description of the positions is provided in the by-laws which are located here and described below. Your name will be added to the ballot, and you will have the opportunity to describe your background to meeting attendee prior to the voting.

Description of officers:
The activities, property and affairs of the Corporation shall be arranged and controlled by a Board of Directors, herein after called the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall have general charge of the policy, management, and finances of the Corporation.
There shall be four officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be bonded. Officers shall be residing property owners in good standing, and they shall be elected to and take office at the annual meeting of the Corporation. Term of office shall begin on the day of the election and shall extend until the officer retires or is elected out. Retiring officers shall turn over all records, properties and moneys of the Corporation to any newly elected officers within 30 days after the election.
The Executive Committee shall consist of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Dock Chairperson, Dock Co-Chairperson, and three elected members-at-large in good standing.
The duties of the President, or in his/her absence, the Vice-President, shall be to preside at all meetings, and they shall perform such other duties as usually pertain to their offices.
The duties of the Secretary shall be to keep a true record of all meetings, issue all notices in relation to meetings, and to write all correspondence.
The duties of the Treasurer shall be to issue all bills, receive all moneys from the membership, and to pay all bills contracted when they have been approved by the officers and one member of the Executive Committee.
The duties of the elected members-at-large of the Executive Board shall be to chair special projects and work efforts, as assigned by the Executive Board.

It was another successful dock installation and it could not have been done without the dedicated team of volunteers who devoted their morning to the laborious task. We owe significant thanks to those volunteers who carve our time of their busy schedules (including work and family responsibilities) to volunteer tirelessly and with extreme dedication.

Docks are In
Thanks to all the dedicated volunteers who devoted countless hours to build 2 new docks and later land them in the river. You cannot imagine the amount of time and effort to put the docks in and out of the water, and on top of that, build 2 new ones. Bayside Beach Association Annual Meeting Announced
The 2013 annual meeting of the Bayside Beach Association community will be held on Friday, August 9 at 5PM. Location is 8 Seventh Avenue. Bring an appetizer to share. Beverages are provided by the Association.
Agenda includes State of the Beach, Treasurer's Report, New Business, and Election of Officers for the 2013-2014 period.
Formal bills and meeting notification will be sent in the postal mail although you can download bills from the blog.
